Quality Upon Delivery & Installation

We guarantee the health, quality, and precise height of every tree upon delivery and installation. If any tree does not meet the agreed height or quality standards at the time of delivery, we will replace it immediately at our own cost.

6-Month Installation & Survival Guarantee

We fully stand by our professional installation process and material quality. If any tree installed by our team fails or dies within a 6-month period post-installation, we will supply the replacement tree at our direct wholesale price and handle all delivery, removal, and replanting labor completely free of charge.

This comprehensive replacement service includes:

Delivery of the new tree
Professional removal of the old tree
Proper site disposal
Full installation and planting of the new replacement tree
Note on Timing & Logistics: Replacement visits are conveniently coordinated around our regular delivery and service routes in your area, keeping turnaround smooth and efficient.

Post-Guarantee & Long-Term Support

After the 6-month period has concluded, we continue to support our clients. If issues arise later, we are always happy to work with you on a fair resolution and provide discounted replacement trees.

Why 6 Months?

A 6-month window gives your trees ample time through a full growing season to establish their root flare and push feeder roots securely into the native soil. Once past this window, long-term survival depends entirely on consistent, regular watering—a vital maintenance practice that remains under the property owner's care.
